This mount is really well made. It's minimalistic design looks like a factory option. Installation took about one minute. It does require the Peak design phone case or attachment. that is sold separately.
The design allows for one handed attachment, and removal of the phone, as well as landscape and portrait positions. I took about a two hour ride after mounting, and wish I had bought this earlier. I can't say enough good things about this mount.

I mounted my iPhone 14 Pro on my motorcycle handlebars with this mount. It is an excellent high-quality mount. It is very sturdy and holds the iPhone steady while riding. The mount is easily installed and is easily adjustable. I replaced my Quadlock with this mount because I was frustrated with the difficulty finding the mounting position to get your phone to snap onto the Quadlock. The Peak Design is a far superior product. The phone just snaps in place when you get close, and it is easily released with one hand. Great product.

No modifications needed. Fits handle bar perfectly. Though dampener is a bit “springy” when connecting the phone, make sure it “CLICKS” in to place. Otherwise the magnets holding it in place will drop the phone when bike starts up. But if clicked in place, no issues and works great.

Tiny learning curve, but worth it. Also works REALLY WELL with mag safe Speigel car chargers. Very strong hold with that MagSafe mount and connects with even flush hold so it won’t slip off. This allows one case for both bike and car with Peak Design and MagSafe.. totally worth buying. Highly recommend.

This mount holds my phone very securely. The anti vibration works very well. I ride a Harley Street Glide (not the smoothest running bikes), and have no problem reading maps while the phone is mounted, or even replying to texts and selecting music while at idle (terrible idea while riding, but still legible).Do to the slimness of the case and minimalistic design, I like this much better than quad lock and it's every bit as secure.

The magnets pull the case onto the mount with a satisfying snap, and the tiny latch ensures it can't fall off when you hit a bump. Easy to remove the phone with one hand, as long as your finger wraps around far enough to pinch the release (I wear a med/lg glove size and have a phone 14 pro for reference).

My only gripe is that the plane of the mounting surface will always be perpendicular to the plane of the clamp. This means that if you have ape hangers and want to clamp it to the veritable part of the bar, the phone will always be tilted down toward your lap (or restricted to the angle of your bar). The arm adjusts 360º (as in the motion of washing a window), but does not tilt up when mounted on the vertical. But if you have room on the horizontal part of the bar, then you have all the adjustment angle you need.

TLDR;

- Limited mounting positions due to the lack of tilt.

I fitted the phone holder to my motorcycle to use the BMW connected app. The phone sat there securely for about 3 hours when I came across something I wanted to take a picture of. When I put the camera on to take the photo I noticed the camera lenses would not work and the phone was making a buzzing noise. Clearly the anti vibration rubber is not good enough for the purpose it’s sold for. An over expensive phone mount and an even more expensive phone repair bill.
