Defective Product and Irresponsible Customer Support. Half the squares get stuck on one pattern while the other half of the board is frozen on another. There was no remedy after uninstalling and reinstalling app, dismantling and reassembling the device, resetting, so I wrote to Twinkly, and they act like you are the first person to have this complaint. They continually bait you with instructions (all of which you already did yourself and you clearly stated such) to send video after video with new instructions each time with no solution. They also write the same default lines in their script template in each reply. After seeing each video I sent them they were no help even though I've seen enough complaints over the internet to know they've already determined it is a common issue but seem to have no answers. So I am sending it back to Amazon. Their app is also just as frustrating to use, it constantly shuts down and disappears on you. It is the ONLY app that ever gave me difficulties, so that also makes set up a problem when you have to keep reloading the app and then it states how the bluetooth can't even pick up the device. "Have the phone next to the device" it says, (well, it's actually so close its sitting on top of it, how close it that for you) Cord is kinda short too.

I have a master square and 12 addon squares + 65w power supply, everything correctly connected and doesn't work. Running 7 and it will work sometimes. Tried contacting customer support through email with no response, tried through the Amazon link and it sends to a page that is gone from manufacturer website. Can't return the 3 add on kits and can't get any support. DO NOT BUY - DO NOT THROW YOUR MONEY AWAY!! If Twinkly/Seller see this and want to make it right I will change my review. As of right now buyer beware!

Bought this for my 10 year old. We absolutely love it. The customization nature of the product involves a little bit of patience. However, the set up, which involves downloading an app and following basic instructions was a smooth process. Once we configured the panels the way we wanted, we were up and running and having fun with this product. The app is easy, responsive and intuitive. Looking forward to expanding our display by adding more panels in the future.

The media could not be loaded.
 If you run with just the basic starter pack (6 squares) any image or GIF is so pixelated to the point of being barely recognisable. You’ll need 12+ squares to see pictures with any sort or clarity. Basic patterns and colours are ok on smaller sets….but you’ll be forking out a decent wad of cash if you want a better quality image like the 16 squares shown in the video. Super easy to assemble, can upload your own GIFs & pictures, has a on/off timer function and mounts on a wall pretty easily. Pretty good quality…but you’re definitely paying for it. There’s a little bit of deceptive marketing by Twinkly as they only sell expansions in sets of three….so if you want a square picture, as opposed to a rectangle, you’ll find yourself with 1 or two “surplus” squares. Maximum amount of squares you can run off one powered square is 15 (not inc the powered square which makes 16 in total).
