The media could not be loaded.
 Well as you can see by the video I am not happy with this and this is the second one. Got the second one and could not wait to plug it - went to plug it up and it did the same thing as the first. Needless to say I’m disappointed about this. I did make a phone call to the vendor and left my message for them to call me so we will wait-and-see now. I think it would be a great product if I could just get it to where I can get a fully charged.

I do enjoy using this product, it feels good. But I was expecting some kind of fancy sophisticated device. Ultrasonic, or some amazing array of linear resonant actuators. "Meet cutting-edge technology," the website promises. But inside, it's clearly just a single eccentric motor, which is the cheap simple way people have been making things vibrate since the 80's. The silicone touchpoints do feel nice & high quality, which is good.

But overall, it is very unclear to me why I'd buy this device over a vastly cheaper alternative. There are so many devices that cost a tiny fraction of this device's price. Foreo needs to step it up a lot if they want to charge such an absurdly premium price, in my opinion.

Growing up with the Clarisonic, I thought this was the new best thing for my face, however I am surprised at how much I don’t like it. It’s really pretty- but the barely vibrating thing just doesn’t do it for me. I am going back to the OG facial, Clarisonic. Totally not worth the money.

I find this device to be very disappointing. I love my UFO and Mini Bear. I don't find this much of an upgrade over my $18 knockoff tool. Massage features is what I bought this for. They tool is very loud and not relaxing. I can't tell any difference in the different vibrations as far as results. The routines are short and go way too fast to keep up. The routines are too short to be helpful. Not enough strokes. I will be looking into returning this. I saw the luna 3 was just on sale for $110 and wish I had bought that. Don't even think about the Luna 4 plus. The small amount of heat for a short time wouldn't be worth it. The massage is not good and to use the tiny microcurrent heads would require a gel instead of lotion to do a regular massage. I thought this would be so relaxing... Sometimes I think mine is defective because no way this loud tool is worth $300.
