What you need to know about the size: Door hole in the door is 2-1/8" (54mm). Backset is either 2-3/8" or 2-3/4" (60 or 70mm). Latch hole in the door is 1" (25mm). Door thickness is between 1-3/8" and 2" (35mm to 50mm).
Attention:
- Please note that DO NOT install this product if your door thickness is out of range.
- If your door does not have the ready-made lock mounting holes, you will need to complete additionalhole-drilling work before installation.

Comes with mostly everything you need besides the drill bit for the optional upper hole for another connection point and a hole saw if door doesnt have premade holes in it already. Easy to set up and install. It has an optional upper screw that connects to the middle of the outside keypad you can use to hold the outer keypad tighter to the door instead of just using the bottom screws to hold it. If the door is exposed to elements without a storm door or overhang you'll probably want to use that screw so no water can get behind it.Key fobs work fine, I don't use the fingerprint reader so can't comment on that, I rather use fobs or a PIN to enter my house. Rechargeable batteries are recommended, not included. The app isn't needed to use the lock but it's helpful sometimes to know if the door is actually locked or not when you leave the house and don't remember.

I honestly thought this was going to be plastic because of the good price. LOL. However, this is a solid piece of equipment with excellent instructions. I had this thing programmed and working in less than 20 minutes, and that was with adding fingerprints and remotes. I didn't use their QR code for the app because it takes you to a foreign web site, but the app is TTLock and available in the Google Play Store as a "verified app." It was easy to use and didn't require bizarre permissions.
The instructions say you need 4x AAA batteries, but that is not correct. You need 4x AA batteries. Everything went together exactly as expected and described. They even put a red mark where you need to connect the power cord from the outer part to the inner part.
It came with 2 FOBs, 2 keys, the fingerprint scanner, and the keypad. Really easy to set up. Again, I was amazed. I'm going to buy another one, and my adult kids are going to buy one each.
It was nice to have something this important work right out of the box with no problems.

Very excited to receive this item and cannot wait to install! Unboxed and powered up this fingerprint and PIN code door lock, it immediately began the setup procedure and spoke instructions out loud to setup the Bluetooth administrator. How cool is this?! Came with a great instruction booklet with clear, full color, easy to understand instructions. It was nicely packed in the box, everything fit in a soft foam insert keeping it in place. Can’t wait to install this!!
