Issue downloading app.
I downloaded the app to my phone successfully but when attempting to download it to my wife’s phone I’m getting the message in the attached photo. This product is not available in the U.S store. (Both phones are Apple iPhones.) This would be my only reason to return the scale if I can’t figure it out as we purchased it to use it together.

Awesome scale for families. Ability to program different users into the scale and manage weights directly from the scale without having to open the app and select who is being weighed. Also a really cool feature is you can add profiles for pets and there is a feature where you hold your pet and weigh yourself then place the pet down and weigh yourself again and the app calculates your pets weight and stores it for tracking. The app can connect to apple health kit and all the data is seamlessly viewable there. Overall a really great scale for the price. Only downside i have is the black version shows every piece of dust and every water mark from steam in the bathroom. BATTERY LIFE IS SUPER LONG

I'm 6'2" 203lbs and fairly muscular. This thing says my body fat is extremely high and I'm overweight. I probably legitimately have about 20-22% body fat. I'm not shredded like an action figure but far from obese.

Other than that, I love how it syncs with apple health automatically and shares the data with my nutrition app. Plus it looks great. I'm a fan of Anker especially since I heard the founder is a former Amazon engineer. I'm an Amazon engineer myself so that's awesome!

I've gone through 4 scales in the past 4 years because the body composition calculations are either completely fake (calculated by dividing weight by height) or all over the place. The scale itself seems well made and sturdy. We are moving from a Withings smart scale that we gave to my son when he went off to college. Right now I like the Withings app more, but the Eufy app might get better as time goes on and it has more data points to provide useful insights. I wish that the data would connect directly to the Apple Health app, without having to open up the Eufy app first, but frankly that is not much of an inconvenience and is exactly how the Withings app use to work also.

We've got a range of people in our immediate family, so I tried 4 of us.

I'm 165 lb, 5'6" and when I first measured and looked at numbers they kind of made sense. I'm a military veteran, grew up running and playing soccer, currently fairly sedentary (homeschool family) but working on it because I need some things to change, so I purchased this thing & the numbers mostly made sense. I'm not much of a water drinker, I don't currently exercise much but when I do, my muscles come back fairly quickly. Knee crunching and herniated disks keep me from doing the things I once enjoyed, so starting out this journey, but in the kitchen this time.

I had my 15 yr old son weigh in and the numbers were TERRIBLE. He's 146, 6'2", plays basketball. He's thin but has a good muscle build, he drinks water all day and over all fit and the scale was completely off.
Said his visceral fat, BMI, body fat, body fat mass & subcutaneous fat were all high - extremely high. And that his water is extremely low. So wrong!

Next up, our 18 yr old daughter. She's 5'8", 183, she's a water drinker as well, but her number is lower than mine. Also shows her muscle mass is way higher than mine, but she not an athlete of any kind. Never cared to be.

Last, my husband who is currently 254 & 6'4"
He's lost 50 lbs in the last few years and big boned, just a big guy & this states his bone mass is as low as mine (what a joke), that his fat mass is EXTREMELY high, that his water is low (he also drinks water, way more than I do)

This is nothing more than a glorified weight scale and I'm disappointed I bought into the hype

I ended up putting our husky big boy who is 8 yrs old on here. He's been that way since birth, just a really big kid who eats the same food we do and it said he weighed as much as his 15 yr old brother but that his numbers (fat, BMI, visceral etc) were all great! NOW I KNOW THIS THING DOESN'T WORK!

Download the app and follow along - it's extremely simple. Step on, step off and weigh ins are consistent - so that should offer a level of trust on the other metrics that are offered.
