The ear plugs work very well. I use them when in room with very very loud singing and music. I can hear the words of each song, the music is just toned down. No issues hearing people around me talking but not whispering. I got the gold ones and they look very nice. I did not change the little plastic ear plug but wear them as they came in box. I did have trouble placing them back in the tiny case at first but then figured out how to place them in their tiny groove. Otherwise, the case will not close. They are also very lightweight, easy to place in my ear but might get misplaced if I just holding them. I also can’t read the instruction paper. Need a magnifying glass! So other than placing the ear plugs correctly in box and unable to read instruction sheet, they work very well.
