able to keep camera on a bag strap even if you are jumping around and have a lens that is probably too heavy for the device (had a 500 f4 on the camera on this)
Great device, a bit clunky until you get used to the button release mechanism. Still feels overpriced though, but haven't found anything to match it that i trust.
