I had a three pack of cheapie headlamps from Home Depot, and they were great. So great I thought I deserved a "real" one made well, etc. This one is absolutely no better than the cheapie ones…though it feels more solid and I suppose it will last longer. But will it last longer than the three of them combined, which were cheaper than this alone?
