TikTok influenced me and couldn't wait to try these lip stains, I read the instructions and thought I exfoliated my lips well but apparently, they were drier than I thought so I had some issues with patchiness. That was my fault, so I ignored that issue.
The application was a bit tricky, it's thinner than you'd think and I had to keep fixing my lipline to keep things sharp. I applied two coats and let it sit for 25 seconds to test it.
The lip stain smells nice and doesn't taste too bad should you get any in your mouth but the activator for the peel-off effect is where I had problems. Spraying it on the lip stain made the lip stain run down my chin, and I had to immediately fix that before it stained my chin or any of the skin around my lips. The lip stain did peel off as shown but I think I will wipe mine off from now on to avoid issues.
The color was very pretty, darker than I saw in the examples, I will have to experiment to see what time limit my preferred shade is at but that's the fun thing about using new makeup. It lasted all day, through eating, drinking water, and even a quick face wash. There was no transfer and it looked pretty (minus the dry patches which were my fault) right until I removed it with some micellar water.
I am excited to try more shades!
