My husband snores VERY loudly. I have tried other earplugs but have found them to be ineffective and/or uncomfortable to wear while sleeping. I decided to try these and am very pleased with them. They do not completely eliminate sounds - which allows me to hear my alarm go off - but muffle the snoring to the point where it no longer troubles me. These plugs are extremely comfortable to wear, and I really appreciate the assorted sizes of ear tips that let you select the best fit for you.
