This does have the effect of minimizing lines. It's not really a filler, of course, and it won't work on the very deepest lines that would probably require a real filler or surgery. However, it does seem to erase some of the nose-to-mouth wrinkles. It comes in an annoying applicator that is supposed to look like a doctor's instrument. I'd much prefer to have it in a normal tube, or, better yet, a small jar. The price seems high for the small amount of product. I like the smooth, lightweight texture and the fact that it's not scented.
