I have a MacBook Air and other devices that have evolved to USB C charging. Problem is the cable that comes with the Mac is only about 6 feet. So if you're using your laptop as, well, a laptop, reaching wall outlets can be tough. This cable is 10 feet long, very well made, flexible and does not limit charging of the Mac at all (rated at 240W throughput and I believe it). It also has a very nice rubber bundling clip that allows you to roll and retain the cable neatly. The outer cover is woven material and the plugs are over molded and sturdy feeling. All in all a superior quality USB C to USB C cable if you need one with extra reach,
