I’m a home roaster and have been using this to store beans for a few years now. It does a great job allowing the beans to degas while keeping oxygen away. My only qualm with it is that the ceramic is fairly fragile and has chipped when setting this down at an angle onto a granite countertop. Not a huge deal, but this could probably be avoided by beefing up the rubber feet on the bottom.
