Last July 2023, I purchased a portable A/C. It worked GREAT all last year! I unplugged it and stored it for the winter. I pulled it back out in June 2024, and it no longer works... it will only blow hot air! The stinking thing isn't even a year old yet! Then I read about Asurion and took a chance and purchased the policy once I found out that it covered past purchases up to a year ago (which included the A/C)! I held my breath for a month until I could finally file the claim. On July 1, 2024, I attempted to file the claim via the website, but it kept getting caught in a loop and timing out! So, finally, I called. I KID YOU NOT; WITHIN 5 minutes of me telling the lady all of the info, invoice #, item description, cost, etc., I had a gift card for Amazon in my email for the purchase price of the A/C!!!!! $264.00!!!!!!

Then, to make things even better, I had a laptop I bought on 10/31/2023. Within 32 days, it broke and Amazon nor the retailer would do anything! I was stuck with a broken laptop. I explained this to the lady and she promptly filed a claim for that too!!!!! It took a bit longer (2 days) to get the refund for the laptop, but that's ok, I had to send in pics showing where it broke.

All-in-all, it was PHENOMENAL! I got $500 back to replace my A/C and I LOVE my NEW laptop!
