I had another version of this fire resistant document bag. When I sold my house and went on the road full time, I needed to be able to take important papers with me. The Roloway bag offered the ability to organize and transport my papers without dealing with a 40# firebox. Space and weight were important considerations. I had the original bag almost 4 years. The design of that bag utilized a zipper across the top. It wasn’t always the easiest to put/pull folders in/out and find things. The new bag is just a little larger and zips on 3 sides like a suitcase. It makes accessing folders and paperwork much easier. I hope I never have to find out if it can withstand a fire or water.
