This power bank arrived in new packaging. The actual charger was dirty, used, and had a name written on it. In addition, the power cord was missing. I had bought one earlier in the year that was normal, so it was a big disappointment to receive this deceptively presented merchandise almost two weeks after clicking the reorder button.
