This was my first time using a water filter bag system like this. I thought it would take a little longer to squeeze water through it at first, but it really poured through quickly. It was easy to use with the exception of filling up the bag. That was a bit of a challenge given that the bag is sent flat and rolled up, almost vacuum sealed. It was hard getting in enough water to fill up the bag at first. However, when I'm camping, I'm in no hurry especially if I'm down by the river so speed isn't really an issue for me. Why be in a hurry when you're hiking?
