Wow. Perfect every time. I love this rice cooker. I had a cheap rice cooker for many years before upgrading to Zojirushi and I can really tell the difference. My rice does not burn like it did with the old one did. I have cooked black Thai rice and red rice and both have turned out perfectly and taste even better, somehow, than with the old one. I also bought a rice cooker recipe book but haven't gotten very far with that yet. There is so much one can do with this cooker. Overall, I am extremely pleased with this purchase.
