This duffle bag has the features you need at an affordable price. It is best for a weekend trip as it is smaller in size, but could be used for longer trips if you pack light. The backpack feature is nice, and the handles tuck away when not in use. I cannot speak to the water resistance as I have not gotten the back wet as of yet.
