This is a repair service not straight replacement, so they had both of my broken headsets from 6/22 through 7/16. One had backordered parts and one could not be repaired at all. The one with backordered parts was eventually returned; the one that could not be repaired I was provided a gift card for.

All in, it was an ok experience, but it took a long time and I was without my headsets for quite awhile while they attempted to resolve my issues.
