Customer Review

I've had this kettle since August of 2021, and it's currently April of 2024. I absolutely love this gooseneck kettle, especially for what I paid for it, which was about $60. It's been a great little kettle for my loose leaf tea adventures. I haven't had any issues with rust or mineral spots, which is somewhat surprising since I was living in Hawaii until recently and using this kettle outdoors in the sun and humidity.
Two minor annoyances I will mention real quickly:
1) The cord is pretty short, so I sometimes need to use an extension cord in certain situations. It would be nice if it was a little longer.
2) The only somewhat big annoyance is that it has a timer function, which is great. However, you cannot use the timer if the kettle is on the base. This means that if you want to use the timer, you either have to set the kettle down somewhere or hold it. I usually have limited space when brewing tea, so I usually end up golding the kettle and it's a little irksome.

Otherwise this is a fabulous kettle, particularly if you can manage to snag it for $60. I expect it to last at least another 2.5 years, as there is no sign of aging or degradation at all so far.
