I love this mug. It is the only one I use now and I am very spoiled to it. My only complaint is that from time to time i need to connect it to the app to get it to heat properly. It's not hard, just wish I didn't have to do that.
First time connecting the mug to the app took some troubleshooting.
Over all, good mug. Would buy again.
