I received my Pixel 5 the other day and purchased this case to use to protect my phone. Admittedly, it isn't exactly what I was looking for since I was looking for something a bit more specific, but this will work in the meantime. The one thing I did notice when I first looked at the case after opening the box it came in was, "what are these 2 dots??" I didn't look into the listing far enough at first to see others who had commented on it as well. I came back to the listing and saw where someone had asked what the 2 dots were for since they are just in a random place on the screen. The seller commented back and said that they were for the proximity sensor in the phone. I did a quick google for "pixel 5 proximity sensor" and found the diagram from Google showing the proximity sensors location and, well, the punch out holes on the screen protector don't exactly match up with the diagram Google has for the Pixel 5. (See attached picture). This case/protector will get me by until more cases are on the market; at least for now I feel more confident holding the phone without the fear of dropping it.

Pros:
*Case seems well made. Colors are vivid and bright
*The case fits the Pixel 5.... Like a glove ~cue Jim Carey's character from Ace Ventura~
*All of the various camera, speakers and charging port holes seem to match up correctly
*Has a good "feel" in your hand while holding your phone with the case on
*Screen cover is reactive with your touch so it tracks well when you are using it.
*Picks up on wireless charger
*Despite the hole for the fingerprint sensor being slightly "off," there is no issue using the fingerprint sensor on the back of the phone.

Cons:
*These 2 punch holes randomly on the screen that don't line up with the diagram Google has out for the Pixel 5. Despite these holes not matching up with the location on the diagram from Google, it doesn't appear to affect the function of the proximity sensor.
*The material that the screen cover is made out of is prone to finger prints and smudges more than the material my case was for my Pixel XL 2. I'm finding I am having to wipe my screen more often to remove the fingerpints than I did before.
*With the raised edge of the case from the screen, it can be difficult at times to swipe left from the right side of the screen or swipe up from the bottom of the screen. This may just be me taking some getting used to with the new features of the case and may change over time.

Overall, if you can deal with the misplaced proximity sensor cutouts (which are just really weird) and the few "cons" I have listed, this would make for a great case for the Pixel 5.
