After using a variety of "good" rice cookers over my lifetime, I decided to seriously update my rice game. It is very reliable and makes excellent rice. The slow cooking time (relative to other cooking methods and cookers) produces a pot of rice where every grain is and same and perfectly cooked. This cooker would be good for the person who appreciates the taste and texture of perfectly cooked rice.
