I thought this would be a handy bottle to put in my city pack and fill as needed. Unfortunately within a week, the small piece that closes the top of the spout that the water comes out of, fell off somewhere and now the bottle is unusable. It's pretty unusual not to have that piece attached to prevent loss. The bottle is also very unstable as you drink from it. The strap/band that wraps around the collapsed bottle is awkward to use and will require your full attention. There's no way I would take this hiking and unfortunately, I won't be taking along on city walks either as it is now totally dysfunctional.
