Summary:
From a product standpoint I cannot recommend it enough, this is a top quality bike rack that easily carries two heavy eBikes. This product and company are top quality and even at list price one of the best deals around.
Product Details:
As promised I was shipped a new unit and this one matches the product description. As for the rack, it is top quality. Assembly was very straight forward and can be accomplished by one person, and took me about 25 minutes. Watch the online video before you unbox it and you will have no trouble with the install. I had a 2" receiver hitch installed specifically for this rack and the rack fit it perfectly. I have used it to transport 2 eBikes, which weigh about 100 pound total, minus their batteries. I found getting them into the rack to be a minor struggle but honestly, that has more to do with their weight rather than the rack. If you fold down the vertical support bar when mounting the first bike, it is not that bad. After mounting the bikes a couple of times, I have worked out a loading process that I can do on my own without my wife having to assist. I had planned on using a hitch tightener, but the anti-sway mechanism does an excellent job of securing the rack to the hitch and it is not needed.
Service:
As for service, I will say that even though I had issues with the original order, Vibrelli took care of the problem immediately and were very responsive. To top it off, they credited me a partial refund for the inconvenience. I did not request the refund as I understand things happen on occasion when you shop online. Receiving that refund was a welcome surprise and speaks volumes about Vibrelli and their standing behind the product.

I will update this review if I receive a correct replacement unit. The V70 rack I received did not match the description. The unit itself did not include any of the 3 locking mechanisms that are described in the description and shown in the photos. Additionally, there were no keys included for the locking cable that was in the box. I contacted Amazon support via phone and once I got through to 2nd level support, they were very responsive and contacted the manufacturer to assure the replacement unit will match this product listing.
