First things first….the negative reviews of the product leaking is definitely warranted from the customers. That’s on Bissell’s directions. Mine started leaking right from the jump, I continued using it until the reservoir was empty. When I refilled it, I noticed a tube laying inside the reservoir. I removed the tube and inserted it into the black cap. It’s a breather tube. No more leaks. No where anywhere in book did it say anything about the tube. Come on Bissell! This company needs to give me a voucher for free cleaning solutions. I almost returned this thing and saving other customers returns and headaches!
Secondly, the hose is too short. I had to prop up on a stool to reach areas.
All in all, it did great, really cleaned my couch and got a lot of dirt out! I’m happy with it once I fixed it.! LOL!
