I love these things for helping wrangle all the tiny wall transformers near my computer. Some people complain about poor workmanship, but I think it's just fine. Seems quite sturdy.
Others mentioned mounting difficulties, but with just an iota of sense and screwdriver, anyone should be able to put it on the wall or ceiling or wherever.
Others didn't like the bare (uninsulated) main conducting wires, but you shouldn't see those unless you take it apart. I'm a licensed electrician and it's totally acceptable to me.
