I bought this before a trip to the Ark Encounter and Creation Museum as I didn't want to lug around my bigger back pack and it was just right. It held my 10" tablet, snacks, lotions etc. with no problems.
The strap buckle is a little annoying as it sticks out with no real way to lay flat but not a game changer.
I used it on the flight and it worked perfectly under the seat. It doesn't have any internal padding so I just had to be careful when I set it down it I had my tablet in it. Overall it's exactly what I wanted.
