This pillow is perfect! The form is great to find the best support spot you need, which I found challenging with other pillows. The firmness on each side is also really helpful, you can change from firm to soft easily as needed.
The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because my first pillow came with some dirt inside (take it out from the pillowcase to check). I contacted costumer service really easy and they send a replacement but it did take more than a week.
