Update: sent an email to the seller. They responded within 2 days. Received my replacement pan within 3 weeks. Great customer service and so far a very good quality set. They really are non-stick. Would definitely recommend
Ordered the 21 piece set. All look great until I pulled out the 11qt pan. The handle was broken. A little annoyed because this was the pan I needed the most. I have sent 2 emails, so waiting for a response. I did use the other pan and it worked well. Cooked steaks and veggies in it! Cleaned up well with no residue. I can see this will be a great set. Just need the company to replace my 11qt pan! I’ll update my review once I hear back from seller!
