Their app is chunky and barely useful, when their server is working. With their server down the app and smart features have zero functionality.

Occasionally that auto setting will ramp up to full power for at least 10 minutes without any reason. My other aqi monitors show 0 or 1 particle count.

If their server is down the system keeps chiming for no reason. I can't do anything about Coway's unreliable server
