I’ve used this for over 10 years, I don’t know what it is but I absolutely love the smell and I love the feeling of it scrubbing the dirt away with the micro beads! Will never stop unless they quit making it

I bought this thinking it was a plain cream soap and was disappointed when it had those little plastic beads in it. No, these do not actually exfoliate but they do pollute the environment. Other than that the face wash is fantastic and works well to help keep skin clear of blemishes.

This is a pretty good scrub. It's not great, but it works. It doesn't seem to be too harsh. It obviously has some kind of menthol/cooling ingredient in it because it gives you that kind of feeling when you use it. I'm still hoping Neutrogena brings back the Blackhead Eliminating Scrub as that was incredbily good.

I really love this face wash and have been using it for many years. I found out that I can Subscribe & Save to it on Amazon so this has been a game changer for me.

I was looking for a face wash that did more than cleansing. I needed something that scrubs and has some exfoliates in it that did not use plastic microbeads. I was happy that Neutrogena doesn't use plastic microbeads anymore. The scrub is nice -- fine and gritty. The exfoliators do feel a bit grainy but I like it. It does the job without feeling like I'm wiping my face with sandpaper. The scent is also really pleasant. I can't describe it, but it smells really clean. The face wash also gets a bit foamy so I feel like I am really washing my face. It also doesn't make my skin feel super dry like some other face washes do. For the price and value, I've been sticking to this one.

I was a little disappointed with the product when it arrived though. It looked like half the container was empty, and there wasn't a plastic seal on it. Not sure if this was previously used, but I really hope my next order doesn't arrive like this or I may have to cancel my subscription and just purchase this at the store the old fashion way.

It works and has no micro-plastics in it. I use it every night, The instructions DO NOT tell you how long to keep it on before washing it off. THEY SHOULD! I do not know if it prevents ACNE though (as it claims). I see no evidence that it does at all.

I’ve been using Neutrogena for years now, but had always used their pumps.

I wanted more of a scrub, and this product came up right away.

Good price, solid packaging, plenty of scrub in the tube.

I have oily skin, prone to blackheads, especially on my nose. This has helped rid the oiliness, or at least bring it down quite a bit. The scrub smells nice, feels nice, and makes my skin feel good.

FYI for the dudes: I keep a longer beard, and the scrub is a bit hard to get out of my beard. Have found little gobs/collections of it in my beard after a shower. Just scrub my beard and wash it out a bit longer now.
