Perfect mount for autocross or track day

I've got this mount attached to my autocross helmet and it works great along with my Hero 11 to capture where I'm looking and also the interior of the car so I can see what inputs I'm making, etc. I used to always mount my camera onto the car itself, but I'm really liking the perspective this mount gives me by having it see almost what I'm seeing.

I know these say for helmet but I liked that swivel mount so I figured I'd try it on my Silverado's dash. The mount is much more curved than the dash so the middle portion doesn't adhere. That being said, that corners that did adhere are sticking super strong. The quality of the mount is also phenomenal. Sturdy pieces and the held my Hero 7 in place without budging for 40 miles of rough forest roads from Mount Rainier to I-90

Decent GoPro Quality

I had one of the platforms glued to my snowboard helmet and another on my car all year, still holding. Thinking about installing one on the neighbor’s stray cat (jk). The securing latches on the mounts all break though, but still last longer than any knock-off brands I’ve tried.

The mount adhered to my helmet extremely well. I used some alcohol to clean the surface prior to placing the mount. It worked like a charm (I'll have to use a chisel to get that thing off). It otherwise does what it should. Attaching my GoPro is easy, as it should be. I liked the multiple mounts included. Overall, I feel very confident it'll hold my GoPro camera safely and securely.

Bought to use in a demolition derby. Worked great but if you're in to some full track hits balls to the wall. Super glue the joints together. The first derby I did with it the cammer was in different angles due to the sudden shock. But it stuck to my helmet and never came off

This includes two sticky mounts so I put one on top and one on the side of my helmet. The 3m adhesive is amazing and will not have any worry of failing even at high speeds or high wind. Please keep in mind the following. If you use this on a motorcycle on top of your helmet, the wind drag will pull on your helmet and be very uncomfortable. This effect seems to only be a problem at highway speeds above like 70mph, and got worse the faster I went from there. The side mount option has no problems with this but obviously the side of your video footage will include your helmet.
