Had this bar a few months. First time to use it and this happens. Sad part was it was on a lug nut. I don’t recommend. Others have had better luck.

Edit : update. Reached out to the manufacturer because I purchased the breaker bar 4 months ago. They emailed me right back stating they are mailing me out another one. I’m waiting for the tracking number but I bumped up 2 stars from 1 so at a 3 for prompt customer service. . I’ll update as needed.

It's tough enough for the worst jobs I've done with it. Specifically, it was bought to go with a six foot pipe to make a six foot breaker bar for getting crank shaft bolts loose (Honda, that is, and if you know anything about Honda crank shaft bolts you know how much force was put on it). I also broke two 1/2 inch extensions (one cheap, one not) with it trying to get a stuck on CV axle nut loose, so I know the breaker bar is stronger than an extension tip.

I knew I needed something more than my 1/2" drive ratchet or wrench. Was able to get the bolts loose on the caliper bracket and wheel bearing assembly. I've been sliding a piece of pipe over my ratchet for years. This works better.

Couldn't get this bolt all day, finally just figured I'd pony up and get one of these. Within 5 minutes of this thing showing up the bolt was removed. It was pretty easy too, was immediately able to steadily pry loose a bolt.
