Quality product, great price for quantity and quality. Can be used all year-round in all types of weather. Good to carry in glovebox of car for emergencies as well as in backpack when hiking or camping, put a couple in first-aid bag. Versatile product can be used as a tarp, shelter, ground cover and blanket, can also be used as a signal to searchers if lost. Can be used in conjunction wit other equipment for constructing sling for injured person. Product is durable too. We have a 3 to 1 schedule that we use in our camping bags for each person (example: ground cloth or blanket, 2- to make pup tent or lean-to & ground cover) their packaging is very compact and can be re-used.

I've never seen one of these 'emergency survival blankets' in person let alone used one. These were so inexpensive, I didn't think they'd be that good. Maybe they are junk compared to others, but at well under $1 apiece, I had to check it out. It is no thicker than a Mylar balloon and I thought it was going to rip just unfolding it. I opened it slowly and deliberately and had no issues with tearing. My young daughter thought it was very cool and wrapped herself up in it sitting on the living room floor. She's pretty much always cold and wears jeans and a sweatshirt while everyone else is in shorts and t-shirts. We were inside where the temp was a comfortable 75 (so this is by no means an accurate gauge of its effectiveness). However, in 6-7 minutes she noticed she was warm. She stuck her (previously very cold) hand out of the blanket and it was very very warm. I was shocked. We're looking forward to seeing if it works anywhere near as well when it's 50 or lower outside. And lastly, we were able to fold it back up (nowhere near exactly the way it started) and get it back into the plastic zip bag it came in.

Used these blankets more for my cooler and tent to reflect the heat. Much cheaper than big box stores. Its an emergency blanket so not super durable, so its mostly disposable one time use kind of thing.

Using to line the walls where my tropical plants are spending the winter under artificial light. Makes a big difference to reflect light from dark wood walls. Light weight, do not tear easily, so tape holds them up well. Inexpensive experiment that I feel is a success!

They’re warm I tested them out and they keep you warm in cold places, the thing is they’re a bit loud but I’m assuming it’s always loud not super familiar with emergency blankets so this was my first time buying one. If you’re trying to be quiet then probably not the best blanket to get these are very loud
