This has changed my life. My muscles aren't screaming anymore!

I didn't know I needed this thing as badly as I did. It's completely changed my pain levels on a day to day basis. While rolling on my back is painful in the moment, the relief I feel afterwards goes beyond measure. One thing I kept reading is that this is too stiff, too hard... that's EXACTLY what my spine and muscles needed! I use it once a day to stay good, a couple times if I'm in extra pain that day.

Awkward to use

This item is pretty small making it difficult to use unless you are young and fit. I'm fit but definitely not young. My son is 6ft. and 185 lbs. And agrees...it could use some length. I get on my 3 foot foam roller every night but I have hardly ever used this one.

This is a very good product and will do the job as a foam roller. My only disappointment is that in the picture of the item on Amazon, it appears that the nubs/raised areas are much more pronounced than they actually are on the delivered item. There is a pattern of nubs to assist in the roller's effectiveness, but they are very low profile. You can see them better than you can feel them (see the picture...mine is on the right). If you're looking for a roller with higher profile nubs for deeper tissue massage, you might want to look elsewhere.

Very Firm Back Roller

The quality is average, and the color is bright and fun. It is pretty firm and sort of aggressive in texture somewhat. It allows for great stretching, adding space in the back. Some of the hurt is a good hurt, but sensitive skin might need to put a towel over it first. My husband did bruise from use. I prefer it more firm than floppy but maybe if a little more squish was added into it, it would be just the right material.

This roller is a little to stiff and uncomfortable to use even for short periods for it’s intended purpose. On the other hand, my 5 and 6 year-old grandsons have a great time building structures with it and assorted yoga blocks and bolsters.

I decided I wanted to get a body roller after using one at the gym. Unfortunately, I had to returned this. It feels and looks like I am rolling on boxing material (what’s one uses to keep a heavy structure in place in a box). Once my return was accepted, I purchase a better quality body roller (plastic) that match the feel of the ones at my gym.
