I love this device, I use the Foreo Play Plus and I have used Foreo Mini 2 but I felt like it was lacking the power I wanted even if I had it on the highest setting, and I felt like the bristles weren't cleaning my skin. When this device came out I was kind of skeptical because I worried the power wouldn't be strong enough and the bristles weren't as soft or cleaning my face. I was so wrong about this device, my face actually feels clean and I love the power and soft bristles. I do agree that the charger fits kind of weird, but hey it works and charges so I'm not complaining.

I bought this after watching you tube review of beauty influencers that raves about the upgraded features of this product. IMO, the upgraded features (app connectivity, glow mode) are a huge pain in the ass. You’re better off saving $50 and getting the Luna 2. Who wants to be touching their phone with wet and soapy hands to control their Luna? The app is poorly designed, as it forces you to adjust the level/speed every 15 seconds. You tube reviewers claimed that the device would remember your most recent settings, but I can’t seem to figure out how this works. Even if you adjust the speed before you hit “start” if reverts back to level 8 and you have to slide the setting again every 15 seconds. If you choose not to use the app, the setting is much lower (prob around a 4) and there’s no way to adjust it. Also, it’s hard to figure out the “glow mode”. Apparently you hit the button twice, but I can’t seem to figure out how to do this. I have only been successful in turning it on and off. I consider myself tech savvy, and this tech integration is so poorly designed and not worth the extra money. I wish I had saved the extra money I shelled out on this and gotten the Luna 2, which you can control using the +\- buttons

It is anti-consumer to require an app where none is truly necessary. It’s even worse to foist unskippable ads upon your users just to use a device. Don’t buy from a company that shows consumers so little consideration. This is the worst behavior I’ve seen from a company in a long time.

There's no instruction booklet. They make you download the app and register the product to use it. Even that was retarded. I bought this for my mom since she wanted it so I helped her to try and set this up. In the registration they make you upload proof of purchase. I tried that, but they didn't accept it. Now my mom can't use this stupid thing. Gonna return it if I can.

Didn't work and support has you jump through more hoops than the federal government

I received the product and plugged it in. The product was defective. I tried reaching out to their customer support and they have you jump through more hoops than the federal government. You have to add all kind of useless information to even get them to answer a questions. I'm going to exchange the product because everyone from time to time makes a defective product but if it doesn't work I"ll go with another product.

I can't recommend this product and at this price point they should have quality checks in place to not release a defective product. It should just work following the instructions.

Worst purchase ever! I still cannot get it to work, no longer have a clear tag to register it. Also, why does this device need to track my personal hygiene for the manufacturers benefit. That was not clear at the point of sale. Total rip off.
