I got this in a subscription makeup box and fell in love with it. It’s a moisturizing toner that makes my skin so soft. Not heavy at all and it sits well under makeup. It’s pricey but definitely worth every penny.

Great product, need to work on bottle

This toner and moisturizer is so luxurious feeling. I love, love, love the actual product. However, I feel that the container that it is in needs to be improved. When I try to se the product, often too much comes running out at once. That is very unfortunate for such a great product and its pricepoint.

When I received this package, the lid was loose on the bottle. The liquid from the bottle had leaked through the box and throughout the entire package. Nothing else was damaged just this item but the lid was not securely on.

I was confused how to use, took off the top and it was leaking everywhere. It makes a mess when you pour it onto your hand and wastes so much product. Should change the top and have a pump or some other way of pouring it. I tried it on my face and it feels sticky

I bought this for my 1.69 fl oz. bottle and it does not fit. I didn’t see anywhere in the product description of which size bottle this fits. Be aware when buying, only for the larger bottles.

I can't even discern yet if this product works but I can say applying it is awful. Unless you apply it to a cotton pad first (soaking up the solution) it is very difficult to use this without most of it ending up splashing while applying. I won't buy this again. It's like applying water to your face- most of the product is wasted.

I wish I could write positive things but after trying this a few times, I was extremely disappointed. The toner never absorbed and sat on top of my skin like an oily layer. I left the house with it on once thinking it would slowly absorb during the car ride but nope. I had to remove it all with oil blotting papers. I hate how much plastic is unnecessarily used on the lid too.

have been using for weeks and it’s only been making my skin worse. it’s pretty disappointing, considering the price. it just be the fact that it doesnt work for my skin type, but i’d be cautious. my skin is not dry or oily, somewhere in the middle, so i think this works best for people with dry skin. it sits on your face nicely and is super moisturizing, i just wouldn’t recommend it to people with normal and oily skin types.

I didn't realize there was an "old" vs "new" formula. I apparently have the new formula. After about a week of use both mornings and evenings, I felt my skin was sagging and didn't look as hydrated and I had hoped. I am returning. Just for the record, I am 76 and generally have very good skin.
