3.0 out of 5 starsDoesn't work with 3 devices plugged in

I wanted to replace everything power related in my travel laptop bag with a single small device and I was hoping this would do it. I've always liked Anker power/charging devices and cables, so it was a no-brainer to grab theirs, or so I thought.
I have an ultrabook that uses 65W charging and this with an Anker 10ft USB-C 100W cable worked great and kept it going when it was the only thing plugged in. I then tried to plug in mine and my 2 kids' phones (3 phones, no laptop anymore of course, even using Anker cables!) to charge them overnight and realized only one of them was charging. Upon unplugging and replugging them in multiple ways to try to figure it out, it seems to work on two phones with them both in the USB-C ports, but as soon as I try to plug in one in to the USB-A port it messes up and only one charges (the top USB-C port I think it was). What's the point of having 3 ports if it can't even handle 3 basic phones charging at the same time?! Going to be sending this back and guess I'll go back to one of my other charging bricks and keep using my OEM laptop charger.
Update: I added a star for Anker's great customer service. Even after I had already returned this 735, they offered to send their 736 model for me to try out. While it isn't quite as compact as the 735, the 736 is higher output at 100W and still OK sized for a travel bag. I tried charging the same three phones with the same cables that gave me the trouble discussed above with the 735, and the 736 handled them with no problems. They even all said they were fast charging! I haven't had a chance to try it yet with my ultrabook, but I have no doubt it should work fine as even the 65W 735 was able to handle that.
So my recommendation if you need to be able to charge 3 devices at once is to skip the 735 and go with a larger output Anker like the 736 or probably their other 100W or higher chargers.
