Very comfortable

I have to stand on concrete floors for work for up to 8 hours and needed more cushion in my shoes. I was previously wearing On Cloud’s cloud monsters, but had issues with the narrowness of the toe box, and the way the heels began to collapse and outsoles began to tear in the same place of each shoe after less than a year. After reading reviews, I sized up a half size and ordered a wide, even though I don’t typically need a wide shoe. With sizing up and wide they fit well. The padding all around in these shoes is amazing and these may be the most comfortable shoes I’ve worn. I use them with custom insoles because I have arthritis in my feet and they have been great. These are definitely more cushioned than the On Clouds I was wearing previously and have taken away the foot and ankle pain I was having after prolonged standing. I ordered the Blue Expanse/Aurora Green and was hoping the color would be slightly darker than they are in person but I can live with the color. As a former long distance runner, I’m not sure I’d want to wear these as a running shoe because you really sink into the cushioning in the soles. I can see how it would make running feel like more work.

Comfy Shoe, Wrong Color

The feel of the Nimbus 26s are SO comfortable. Walking or running (I’m training for a half marathon) these are the way to go! So many runners have told me they are a great go-to and long lasting and soft - I would say even bouncy because of the squishy sole. LOVE the feel of them. However, the color in the pictures on the website and amazon are off. I thought these would be more of a rose/light pink color and they were very purple. Check reviews to get a feel for real coloring! I had to send these back and order a different color. Love them after getting my right color!

Ok, so I was a devoted HOKA buyer, when last month in Europe the sole fell off my shoe. Found a shoe store in Versailles and the owner talked me into buying the very beat up pair on the left. They are beat up because we went to France, the Netherlands, holland, and England. We walked our faces off. Now, I do have MS, but I have great mobility, but what I don’t have are good arches. These shoes were such a blessing. So much so, I just bought a second pair to “wear out” as the first are beat up. Only complaint. I only found 2 colors for the nimbus 26. Bonus points for being named just like the Harry Potter Nimbus broom. No seriously, these shoes feel amazing and my knees and hips don’t ache.

I love my gel nimbus 26 by asics. These have become the only shoes I wear to work. I work in Healthcare and work 12 hour shifts and am on my feet all day. These shoes have so much cushioning and feel so good on my feet. My feet and l legs do not hurt at the end of my shift. I highly recommend these whether you need them work or just everyday wear you will not be sorry you bought them.

Great arch support and also maximum cushioning. I have been wearing ASICS for a while and they work for my high arches. I also have a tendency to get plantar fasciitis and these shoes are great for preventing that.
