More like Kinohyou.

Basically a portable Yakuza 1, granted it is much better than Yakuza 1. Very interesting change of gameplay that feels endlessly satisfying and it's always fun to learn new movesets the game gives you, especially the extreme ones. Soundtrack is phenomenal and the game has a shocking amount of side content for a psp game.
I do wish the story was better and more interesting since it was really strong in the beginning, just kinda tripped a bit towards the end. Tatsuya is a great character the entire way through though.
The one thing I can commend this game for is that it matches the same grungey and shitty vibe and aesthetic the first two Yakuza games had, which is something I dearly missed.
Definitely one of the most unique Yakuza games that's for sure.

mega fun and based
banger music

Very unique Yakuza spinoff. The combat is very fun, the fights and different fighting styles are all very unique and extremely fun to use once you get the hang of them. I can assure you that this game blew me away when I first started to play it. The boss fights is what made this game more unique for me. The story was pretty neat and it had its goofs. Very great spinoff series, give it a shot! :-)
