About the Author

I'm a certified counselor and life coach who has worked as a clinician, clinical director, and administrator for more than 20 years. Prior to my time as a counselor I was a hospital chaplain and spiritual retreat leader for teens. I'm the founder of Lifesjourney Life Coaching, LLC and a published author who speaks at seminars and conferences across the country. Besides my time at Lifesjourney, writing, and hosting a podcast (On Finding Peace), I'm an adjunct professor at Towson University & McDaniel College, as well as the Director of Campus Ministry at St. Mary’s Ryken High School.

I'm currently working on more books to the motivational guidance series, as well as a book for people who care for those who are suffering, and a separate book to help those who are currently suffering.
