M. Henry is my nom de plume, which I chose to use as an author. I was born 62 years ago in Holland. I have a partner and i am blessed to be the mother of two beautiful sons. I moved to the central part of Spain about a year ago, where I live on the outskirts of a little village in the countryside of Spain. Me and my partner are keeping animals like goats, chickens, fish and two dogs. We are also trying to grow our own food and we are trying to live off the grid. I spent most of my working years in Holland, where I worked for a major business travel agency. I love to travel myself and discover new places. In that way I could combine my work and my hobby. Eleven years ago we discovered the area in Spain, where we are living at present. Besides all the normal daily activities I am making goat cheese and goat yogurt, which the Spaniards love. I also have taken up photography and make jewelry. Last September I took up writing which resulted in the publication of my first novel, Murder in the Valley. Yesterday I published my second novel Flamenco. At present I am working on my third novel Red Star of Africa. And I have inspiration for at least another four books. March 2017
