Which mattress should I choose?

The type of bed mattress you choose is really all down to personal preference. You will need to think about the size, type and firmness rating you want in a mattress as well as which one best suits you and your sleep style. Some people prefer a soft or medium mattress firmness, while others like a firm or extra firm mattress to provide more support. If you are heavier in weight, or you suffer from back or joint pain, then an extra firm mattress can help to distribute weight more evenly and offer pressure-relieving support while you sleep. Some people prefer open coil mattresses or pocket sprung mattresses, whereas others prefer memory foam ones. And then there’s even hybrid mattresses to think about too – for those who can’t decide between foam and springs. Ultimately, if it’s you you’re buying the mattress for, you’ll want to make sure you buy one which aligns with your preferences and needs.
