Tolmiea

With a tendency to form dense stands in the wild, as well as in gardens, Tolmiea is considered to pose a risk to natural, wooded streamside habitats and the rare native plants they support. It does however attract flies, especially, as pollinators, and the foliage provides refuge for invertebrates and amphibians.
