ITV Special For Tom Allen

 ITV Special For Tom Allen

Following a complete sellout, mammoth tour, selling more than 165,000 tickets, Tom Allen’s acclaimed show Completely was recorded at London’s Eventim Apollo and will be released as a comedy special on ITV on 13 July at 10pm and on ITVX afterwards.

Tom has finally moved out of his parents' house, which has been great news for him (better news for department stores), and he's eager to share his life updates, tell you all about his vegetable patch and delve into the protocol of inviting friends with children for dinner.

With his signature acerbic wit and riotous storytelling, Tom has cemented himself as a household name and star on both stage and screen. He’s the hilarious host of The Apprentice: You’re Fired, he co-hosts Cooking With The Stars alongside Emma Willis and is also a regular on Bake Off: An Extra Slice.

Tom’s other TV work includes: Live At The Apollo, A League Of Their Own, Hypothetical, 8 Out Of 10 Cats, Cats Does Countdown, Would I Lie to You, The Last Leg, QI, The Jonathan Ross Show, The Royal Variety Performance, Never Mind The Buzzcocks, Celebrity Gogglebox, Wheel of Fortune, The Piano and much more.

Tom can be heard on BBC Radio 3 & BBC Sounds as the host of Monsters of Music in which he explores the scandalous lives of classical music’s legends, as well as shows Tom Allen Is Not Very Nice, Just a Minute, The News Quiz and Loose Ends. Tom also co-hosts the hit podcast Like Minded Friends alongside his comedy peer Suzi Ruffell.

Tom first book, No Shame was published in 2020 and is a critically acclaimed Sunday Times bestseller memoir, and last year Tom’s subsequent memoir, Too Much was described by the Guardian as "heartfelt, vulnerable and touchingly sincere". Both are available in hardback and audiobook.

Tom’s sold-out Absolutely tour of 2018 and 2019 was extended multiple times, selling over fifty-thousand tickets, including an unforgettable show at The London Palladium which was filmed and broadcast on Channel 4.
