London is a vibrant city with excellent destinations. Travel is easy all around the city, although it's better to check before. The city is pricey, but anyone can stay there even on lower budget. Most visited places are always full of people, so if possible it's better to g there in September. Plenty if restaurants of all kind (not really cheap in the center), theaters, nice shops, interesting museums, and other places of interests. One week is just not enough.

We've been many times. On this occasion we were shopping. Took the tube to Shepherds Bush to go to Westfield shopping centre which was delightful. Highly recommend Zizzi had a family lunch deal which was great value for money We treated ourselves to the night time bike tour round London! 15 minutes for £40 is extreme so best to haggle if you can

Lot of vehicles are electric: buses and taxis mainly. And there is still the congestion tax which makes it so much cleaner and quieter on the roads. The Oyster card is a great way to go, it lets you jump on any form of public transport and it's all so well organised and regular. West End shows great, but expensive and certainly worth getting last-minute online tickets as a cheaper option. So much to do and see. Great places to have coffees and lunches. Not cheap, but probably not that much dearer than other capital cities. Great green places, like little squares and big parks. Favourites: Hampton Court Palace. The Wallace Collection (free!). London is a beautiful city with so much to see and do it caters for all interests including history, gardens, nature, food, markets and sport. The people are really friendly and the fantastic public transport system makes it so easy to get around. Will definitely be back as there is way too much to see in just a couple of weeks.
