Staff were really friendly and helpful. Beautiful waterfront view of the lake. Spacious lounge. Nice coffee. They provide fly spray and insect repellant. 3min drive to beach and shops. Great restaurants in Tuross for seafood. You can hear the movement of water on the lake at night. Beautiful sunsets. Great place if youre a family or just want to party with friends but not good if youre a solo traveller or couple seeking a bit of peace and quiet.

Neighbours really noisy and kids kept playing right outside my cabin. They also parked their boat infront of my cabin obstructing my view the first night. Spa is an over bath shower and had hair and toilet paper stuck in the bottom vent. The cabin seemed older than advertised in photos. Ants, ants and more ants. Couldnt drop a crumb and bathroom had ants in it every morning. Bathroom tap really hard to close. Ironing board latch broken. TV is not a smart TV so you cant login to any apps. Wifi cuts out every few minutes.

It was convenient for us to stay at this house. Simple but we had a nice time staying at this property. Helpful that the house let us leave our bags early than the check-in time. Kudos to the staff as they are prompt answering. Good value for money. If there's a chance, we'll book again.

Lighting of stairs at night when leaving. Issue with water leaking in second bathroom caused some email correspondence and inconvenience over keys. No particular acknowledgement by managers. Table on balcony too big and smaller one with loungers would be better.
