Facilities were great with the pools and park and courts. Rooms were clean and comfortable enough for a family of 4. Service staff was also friendly.

hotel is right next to the highway, so, you might get a noisy room. Also staff lies about room availability. If you want to extend your stay they will lie to get you to pay for an upgraded room. Vary shady way to conduct business

Location and Meliá amenities are fantastic

It wasn’t clean, the sheets were stained, the floor was dirty. My check in was taked too much time.. the owner never replied my messages on booking and in the number the put there. Being in the Meliá building some rooms belong to private owners who rent them and the service from them is lousy. I do not recommend this place.

What they called "private room" was basically a tent with the space for the bed, bed linen doesn't seem really clean, and has a strange smell. The place was definitely not as described on booking. Even though they were prompted to return my money the fact they are not providing the service as described caused the need to find a place in a hurry. Having nice friendly staff and cool activities doesn't compensate for the bad quality of the main service that you were supposed to provide.

The apartment is very dirty and disgusting. The mattresses in the single room are very, very old and dirty. The sofa smells of dirt. The curtains are disgusting because of all the dirt. I spent the night coughing because of the allergy from the dirt on the mattresses and dirty curtains. There isn't even a cup to drink coffee. There isn't even a single cutlery. It's absurd. I won't stay there again. It's a disgrace.
